Albany lost a huge part of the local music community. Greg Haymes, AKA Sarge Blotto, put Albany on the map in MTV’s era and for decades later as a music journalist on Nippertown. He will be greatly missed.
Patrick’s work has been published internationally, including on the front pages of the New York Times and Wall Street Journal. He lives in downtown Albany.
