Smash Mouth may have brought some raw energy (and Shrek dolls) to Empire State Plaza, but the 26 new American citizens from 17 different countries were the real all-stars. Albany’s annual Fourth of July festivities brought the usual fireworks spectacular, out-dated superstar act, and my favorite part — the naturalization ceremony.
