This 1 hour film slingshots you from past labor struggles into future unionist movement! It is presented as part of Labor History Month.

The film includes historical footage, pictures, music, and more a message of victory over oppressive bosses and heinous conditions. Stories from coal miners, sweatshops, depression, and strikes will lift your spirit and renew the fire to fight the billionaire bosses and millionaire managers who care little for the workers.
In this strike-and-organizing wave, we find inspiration from our past! And dream of a worker-centered, worker-led future!

Come join the Albany County Central Federation of Labor, Capital District Area Labor Federation, and American Labor Studies Center for light refreshments, the film, and a lively discussion with veteran and junior labor leaders.
