The City of Albany will be undertaking a multi-million dollar infrastructure project on Lark Street from Madison Avenue to Washington Avenue.
City officials and design consultant, CHA, will be in attendance to preview the project and answer questions!
Patrick’s work has been published internationally, including on the front pages of the New York Times and Wall Street Journal. He lives in downtown Albany.
