Photos: Scum Couch Birthday Party Show at Pint Sized

Last weekend Albany’s most elite musicians gathered at local hangout Pint Sized to celebrate the birthday of Mark O’Brien, mastermind behind Scum Couch. The night began with a set by Copernicus Club, followed by a short but sweet cover of Sheryl Crow by Dan LaFave, a lively bomb train rant by Bare Mattress, and finally a birthday cake baking tutorial by Off Hours. The icing on the cake was definitely Scum Couch’s performance, which was on the eve of their latest LP release. ‘Righteous Climb‘ is out now as local record label Fuzz Records’ ninth release.
